  • Client contacts Wildflower via phone, email, website form, referral, etc.

• Prompt Response:

  • Wildflower promptly acknowledges the inquiry

  • Gather basic information and see if we’re a good match to help you with your project

    • Project type (e.g., patio, landscaping, etc.)

    • General project scope (e.g., "small backyard," "large commercial space")

    • timeline (e.g., "ASAP," "next spring")

2. Consultation & Site Visit

• Phone/Video Consultation:

  • Wildflower schedules an initial consultation with someone from the team best suited for your project and aligns with their skillsets. 

  • We will discuss your project’s wants and needs, determine budget timeline etc. 

• On-Site Meeting:

  • Wildflower meets with the client to:

    • Discuss their vision, needs, and budget.

    • Assess the project site and take measurements.

    • Offer initial ideas and recommendations.

    • Answer client questions.

3. Design & Proposal

• Design Development:

  • Wildflower creates a custom landscape design plan (if applicable).

  • We offer many levels of design services as part of our proposal options. 

• Detailed Proposal:

  • Wildflower prepares a written proposal that includes:

    • Detailed scope of work

    • Total cost estimate

• Proposal Review:

  • Wildflower presents the proposal to the client.

  • Client reviews and asks questions.

4. Contract & Agreement

• Contract Signing:

  • Client signs the project contract.

  • Client pays any required deposit.

• Project Scheduling:

  • Wildflower schedules the project start date.

5. Project Execution

• Installation:

  • Wildflower's crew performs the landscape installation.

  • Wildflower accurately tracks our progress on your project via our customized landscape management software to compare actual vs estimated work to ensure we are not missing any details, and crews are completing our work! 

  • Everyday we receive an internal report back to the office from EVERY employee which is reviewed for project status and allows us to quickly resolve any issues, or make any onsite adjustments as needed!

  • Wildflower maintains clear communication with the client.

• Progress Updates:

  • Wildflower provides regular project updates to the client.

  • Wildflower addresses any client questions or concerns promptly.

6. Final Walk-Through & Completion

• Final Inspection:

  • Wildflower and the client conduct a final walk-through to inspect the completed project.

• Client Sign-Off:

  • Client signs off on project completion.

• Final Payment:

  • Client makes the final payment.

• Client Satisfaction Check:
