Landscape Custom Crew Member

(Total Compensation Range: $41,000-$70,000/year)

Full-time employees can receive health benefits, paid time off, simple IRA, Holiday Pay

During the winter months we are slower and typically do not plow snow, so we offer consistent hours. We have other work such as remodels, demolition or excavation. This is a year round opportunity for the right person, and not a seasonal position.

Pay based on experience. Performance reviews.

Job task include, but not limited to:

• Daily equipment maintenance
• Skid steer and excavator operation
• Installing rock
• Installing plants
• Material delivery
• Demolition
• Grading
• Retaining wall installs
• Patio installs
• Daily time tracking of job specific items.
• Having fun and enjoying your work.
